Cost of Menu Items

In the Quiet Revolution of the Heart, you determine your own fee.

 

We ask that you compare your income with information in the table to the right. There you will find the companions' break-even cost (our total living expenses divided by the total number of participants) as well as the average contribution others seekers are choosing to pay (our total revenue divided by the number of participants).

 

You are asked to choose an amount so that neither your companion nor you face a deficit, if that is attainable.

 

If you are able, please round up above the break-even cost, or match the average contribution others are choosing to pay. The additional amount supplements the service for those whose income cannot yet reach the break-even. Your reciprocity and generosity are greatly appreciated.

All donations are tracked collectively so no one feels embarrassed because they can only give a small amount, nor entitled because they have more to give. 

 

Companions:

Please track your expenses and income diligently so you and your clients can know your minimum need for income. In this way, your mind remains clear of financial worry. Please update your expenses and income for the table monthly.

 

In the future, when we are prepared, ready, and have reached consensus, we will pool our revenues, as is the current custom for organizations. But, we will instead divide revenues equitably based on each household's needs. Or, when revenues fall short, we will divide them equally. In the meantime, please join in a conversation about how we get there: No commitments required.

 

In the Quiet Revolution of the Heart, no one is deemed more worthy--thus making others less so--of an equal share to the means for our flourishing. We limit our consumption of resources, and therefore our expenses, to a full and complete minimum. In this way, provision is easy and sustainable for customers and the planet alike. ​​
